Estamos acostumbrados a o\u00edr hablar de las famosas 4P, creadas por Edmund McCarthy, que consisten en: producto, precio, plaza y promoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n si hablamos de la jornada del consumidor, podemos mencionar la estrategia AIDA (Atenci\u00f3n, Inter\u00e9s, Deseo y Acci\u00f3n). Explicando brevemente, ser\u00eda atraer la atenci\u00f3n del usuario, generar inter\u00e9s e instigar el deseo en \u00e9l, e ir a la acci\u00f3n de compra. Esta estrategia es muy famosa y se utiliza hasta el d\u00eda de hoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero no se detiene ah\u00ed. Philip Kotler, el economista m\u00e1s utilizado como referente en las clases de marketing en toda Espa\u00f1a, en su \u00faltimo lanzamiento, el libro \u201cMarketing 4.0\u201d, actualiza la estrategia AIDA, la transformando en<strong> las 5A del marketing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las 5A del marketing?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Awareness (conocimiento), appeal (atracci\u00f3n), ask (preguntar), act (actuar) y advocate (abogar). Estos son los que llamamos las 5A del marketing actual. Funcionan como un embudo a trav\u00e9s del cual la empresa puede analizar, comprender e incluso influir a d\u00f3nde va el cliente en la jornada de compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Awareness\/Conocimiento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este es el momento inicial de contacto con el cliente, donde se toma conocimiento de la marca por primera vez. Esta fase es muy importante porque llamar la atenci\u00f3n del usuario es el paso principal para que \u00e9l se convierta en un cliente potencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Appeal \/ Atracci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez que el usuario conoce tu marca, es momento de atraerlos. Es fundamental que en este momento muestres lo que puedes aportar en beneficio de este usuario. Es el momento perfecto para despertar la curiosidad y\/o el inter\u00e9s en \u00e9l. Uno de tus principales objetivos en esta fase, adem\u00e1s de despertar inter\u00e9s, es hacer que el usuario contin\u00fae en la jornada y pase a la siguiente fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ask\/Consultar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando llega a esta etapa, ya sabes que ha despertado inter\u00e9s en esta persona, que ya no es un usuario, pero s\u00ed un lead y, en el futuro, un cliente. Con curiosidad por obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n e impulsados \u200b\u200bpor el inter\u00e9s, estos clientes potenciales buscar\u00e1n aprender m\u00e1s sobre tu empresa. Es fundamental que cuando los clientes potenciales lleguen a tu marca, est\u00e9s listo para proporcionar todo el soporte y el apoyo necesarios para satisfacer a este cliente potencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Act\/Acci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez aqu\u00ed, el lead est\u00e1 listo para convertirse en cliente. Aqu\u00ed es donde el cliente compra el producto o servicio que ofreces. Aseg\u00farate de que se cumpla todo lo prometido durante las interacciones que tuvieron lugar en las etapas anteriores y si, por casualidad, alguna circunstancia se desordena, c\u00e9ntrate en solucionar los problemas de forma efectiva y definitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advocate\/Recomendar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed es donde vemos lo m\u00e1s destacado de esta estrategia: la recomendaci\u00f3n. Si el cliente que compr\u00f3 tu producto o servicio est\u00e1 satisfecho con lo que recibi\u00f3, compartir\u00e1 esta informaci\u00f3n con otros, aumentando tu base de clientes potenciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adaptaci\u00f3n al comportamiento de compra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En definitiva, como pudimos ver, existen varios modelos de estrategias de marketing, y lo que diferencia a este de los dem\u00e1s es la flexibilidad que presenta.
