El embudo de ventas, tambi\u00e9n conocido como <strong>funnel de ventas<\/strong>, es una de las principales herramientas para que podamos descubrir y monitorear todo el proceso de transformaci\u00f3n de un usuario en cliente. Es decir, desde el primer contacto del usuario con la marca (o empresa) hasta el cierre de una compra o un contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta estrategia se llama \u201cembudo\u201d porque es similar al objeto: a medida que el usuario avanza, el camino se estrecha, paso a paso, hasta el final. Para que tu estrategia de embudo sea exitosa, es sumamente importante que conozcas a tu p\u00fablico objetivo y, a trav\u00e9s de los pasos, alcances el objetivo principal: atraer leads y transformarlos en clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La importancia estrat\u00e9gica se le da a permitirnos entender los resultados obtenidos en cada proceso y paso por el que atraviesa el usuario. Normalmente, la estrategia de embudo se estructura en tres partes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>ToFu (Top of the Funnel)<\/li><li>MoFu (Middle of the Funnel)<\/li><li>BoFu (Bottom of the Funnel)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/zb6H2xJZhprEwvUxp10T8AAvNIWJmirb7pPZoqq0tieMoQ7e-bPnJeBqb0t3MOLiJKm6Ofl6SEkfWexFx2PqNdK6U9Kqf9XIaB3P23Q1WWl3VfrR3NZJ9BSEaXbLaUatxDK1YBdU\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Inicio del Embudo de Ventas (ToFu)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este es el per\u00edodo inicial en el que se produce la atracci\u00f3n de usuarios. Coincide con la parte m\u00e1s abierta del embudo. En esta parte, es necesario que la empresa cautive al usuario, porque en ese momento, el usuario no tiene un v\u00ednculo consolidado con la empresa (marca).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.\u00a0 Medio del Embudo de Ventas (MoFu)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta es la etapa en la que identificamos qu\u00e9 usuarios permanecen y se convertir\u00e1n en clientes potenciales y cu\u00e1les se ir\u00e1n. Es la etapa en la que identificamos los <strong>leads.<\/strong> Es en este punto que debemos centrarnos en aplicar acciones comerciales espec\u00edficas dirigidas a estos usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Fin del Embudo de  Ventas (BoFu)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed es donde, finalmente, se produce la consolidaci\u00f3n del perfil de los leads, y tambi\u00e9n es el momento m\u00e1s propicio para hacer una propuesta, ya que el lead fue estudiado durante los dem\u00e1s pasos y es el momento perfecto para convertirlo en un nuevo cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principal Ventaja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de las principales ventajas de la estrategia de embudo es la definici\u00f3n del perfil de los clientes, ya que a lo largo de todos los procesos es inevitable el reconocimiento de ciertas caracter\u00edsticas comunes encontradas en los leads.
